  1. Fill out the fields and describe your problem to us. We require the requested particulars in order to check whether we might already be otherwise engaged in the matter. Please describe the problem as precisely and comprehensively as possible. Our ability to provide the best-possible advice depends on us being able to obtain a clear and complete picture of the matter. Too much detail is better than too little.
  2. We will inform you whether your inquiry is suitable for providing online advice. We will also advise you of the fees involved. Should you wish to proceed, let us know at your earliest convenience and transfer the associated fee. If you have legal expenses cover, we will also require a declaration of consent. We will then obtain a cover note from your insurer. The contract for the provision of legal advice will only come into effect once we have obtained from you the required declaration of consent.
  3. We would also be happy to perform a comprehensive contract review (e.g. employment contract). You will receive from us a comprehensive report. We will check the clauses and inform you of the advantages and risks. Please send us the contract as an attachment in the defined upload field, via fax or normal mail.
